Recruitment Process:
Candidates found suitable from the candidate pool are invited for an interview. After the preliminary interview conducted by the Human Resources, the Human Resources and the relevant department manager conducts a second interview with the candidates who are found positive to question their common values and competencies.
After these stages, candidates who are found suitable for the position are informed about wages and fringe benefits and a job offer is made. With the agreement of the candidate, the recruitment process is carried out and the orientation process is started.
